Hapkido is a Korean Self Defence based martial arts system that some have called the original Mixed Martial Art. Taking the best of traditional Korean methods and embracing modern applications it could be considered one of the most complete martial arts - because it continues to grow.
Classes have simple basic rules of FUN, SAFE and then HAPKIDO, each age group are taught specific skills for their physical abilities. Hapkido, if taught correctly, can deliver devastating techniques. If taught with the correct mindset it can be used, more importantly, to protect your mind - so you never need use it.
Hapkido Canberra offers several class types, classes for Kids 3yrs+, Womens Self Defence, Practical Self Defence, Technique and Step Sparring, Family Classes, Advanced Sessions and Seminars with interstate Masters of Hapkido.
