Buvelot Picture Framers was established in 1974 by Harry Luton who had just retired from the ACT Police force. Harry continued working in the business till 2001. These days it is owned by Rod Luton. Our goal from the outset was to offer Quality like no other, and service and satisfaction to match. We never wanted to be the biggest framing company but the best. We also offer special corporate rates to companies who apply for our new corporate card. We also offer a 20% discount for privileges card holders and 20% discount to Canberras seniors card holders.
